Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Ocala, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of 2/09/2021, the bid was cancelled because it exceeded the projects budget. The Heritage Trail Park Landscape Improvements consists of demolition, concrete, landscaping, irrigation, electrical work, and installation of site furnishings as shown on the bid plans. All work shall be performed pursuant to FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, City of Ocala Standard Specifications for Construction of Streets, Stormwater, Traffic, Water and Sewer Infrastructure. and the requirements of the bid plans. Contract Time: Bidder agrees that the work will be substantially completed within ninety (90) calendar days of issued Notice to Proceed (NTP), and completed and ready for final payment within thirty (30) calendar days after substantial completion. Award of Bid: Bids will be received on a unit price basis. The award of this contract will be based on the bidder whose pricing has the lowest total cost of all line items combined Bond Requirements: Bid Bond (Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany bid response. Public Construction bond - 100% of Bid amount (Must be recorded) Maintenance and Guarantee Bond - 10% of total project value for three (3) years. Formal Question Due By: 1/7/2021 @ 5:00 PM EST
