LEGO Construction Co invites subcontractors to bid for Orange County Public Schools Project #C0102 - Howard Middle School Portables Installation. Scope of work for this project includes preparation and installation of Portable in the Basketball Courtyard. Scope / trades involved are concrete cutting, demolition, Fencing, Gates, Electrical, Plumbing, utilities connection scope of work related to Portables Installation. (PLEASE NOTE: Portables supplied by Owner) Bidders needs to get pre-qualified with LEGO Construction. Prequalification forms may be obtained by contacting the above-mentioned contact. Major works of the project include preparing the courtyard for installation of 10 portables + 1 Restroom portable. This portable installation is related to Howard MS comprehensive renovation project expected to start in Summer 2023. The site needs to be prepared for mobilization of portables including selective demolition of perimeter wall, concrete cutting / demolition, removal of existing fencing, gates, providing retaining wall, guard rails, temp. fencing, extending electrical, utilities lines to connect to the portables functioning. LEGO reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding and for accepting bids which are considered in the best interest of the project.
