Site work and paving for a civil project in Savannah, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project consists of constructing a 400,000-gallon multi-column elevated water storage tank, foundation, site work, gravel driveway, water main, fencing, electrical and all other associated appurtenances necessary for a complete installation. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Savannah Economic Development Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all bids, to evaluate bids, to accept portions of any bids and to accept any bid, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the City of Pooler and reserves the right to add to or delete from the contract after the contract has been awarded. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be Georgia Licensed Utility Contractors. Bidders shall submit proof of qualification to perform the work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
