Last Day for Questions: 07/06/2021 The project consists of installation of approximately 10,000 LF of 16 Water Main, including 2486 LF of trenchless crossings in Division 1 and 11,465 LF of 16 Water Main, including 1446 LF of trenchless crossings, 1463 LF of 8 Gravity Sewer, 19,661 LF of 6 Force Main, including 2507 LF of horizontal directional drills and cased crossings and construction of a 190 GPM Lift Station in Division 2. SEDA reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all bids, to evaluate bids, to accept portions of any bids and to accept any bid, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of SEDA and reserves the right to add to or delete from the contract after the contract has been awarded. Insurance certificates, meeting those limits as stated in the bid documents, 5% bid bond in the form of a bond submitted by a surety authorized to conduct business in the State of Georgia, or certified or cashiers check and a non-collusion affidavit must be completed and submitted with the bid.
