A 10% Bid Bond is required. A 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond will be required for award. SITE AREA: PIN # 128-0-014-10-0 Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the project within 100 consecutive calendar days
