The intent of this solicitation is to select a successful Bidder for the installation of diagonal projection screens with a low voltage controller in the courtrooms of the Osceola County Courthouse. The current 110v AC power connection to the exisiting housing will be used to power the new projection screen. The vendor will be responsible for making the 110v AC power connections. Centered directly under the existing ceiling recessed screen. Installation of 10 wood backing spacers between the current wall and the projection screen housing to push the housing at least 2" from the wall. The wood backing spacers should not push the projection screen housing more than 3" from the wall. The wood backing spacer length should support the overall length of the projection screen housing. The wood backing spacer should be painted black to match the new projection screen housing. Install provided low voltage controller in place of the current high voltage toggle switch mounted on the wall. The current recessed screen should be disconnected and abandoned Minority and Woman-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) Program with a 25% participation goal. The County strongly encourages participation of LSBE in contracting and subcontracting opportunities and has established a 25% participation goal.
