Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Design plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town of Holly Springs seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide Architectural, planning, and Engineering Design Services to develop a Master Plan for a new Operations Facility. The new Facility will house several departments including but not limited to Public Works Department, the Utilities and Infrastructure Department, yard waste, facilities and fleet maintenance. The Master Plan will provide a conceptual layout to guide future growth and development. The Master Plan will create a framework for the Town's Community Investment Plan for the next (20) years. All questions regarding the RFP shall be submitted in writing to Kimberly Keyes, Facilities Project Manager, at kimberly.keyes@hollyspringsnc.us. January 15, 2021 Submission Deadline for written questions. May 3, 2021 Notice to Proceed. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
