Site work for a water / sewer project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 3/26/2020 project will put on a rebid. No rebid date yet. There are multiple project sites within the McMullen Creek basin. Sewer rehabilitation will be performed in sub-area sewer collection systems in the northern portion of the McMullen Basin and on portions of the existing McMullen trunkline and manholes within existing easements. Sewer rehabilitation will be performed on the existing collection system within existing easements and public road right-of-ways. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Article 8 of the Instructions to Bidders. The City provides equal opportunity and encourages small business participation in contracts. The MBE Established Goal for this project has been set at 2% and the SBE Established Goal for this project has been set at 8%.
