This contract consists of an undetermined number of individual projects consisting of water and/or sewer extensions, water and/or sewer replacements, low pressure sanitary sewer, water distribution system reliability improvement projects, and/or sanitary sewer capacity assurance projects, which will be assigned by the Project Engineer. Owner complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and will provide Bidding Documents in alternative format upon a 72-hour written request. Reasonable accommodations and auxiliary aids will also be provided upon a 72-hour written request. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Article 8 of the Instructions to Bidders.
