Renovation of an educational facility in Dayton, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of the following: Remodel of existing Junior High and High School buildings including interior remodel of select areas, new windows, HVAC renovations, fire alarm and intercom replacement. Specific subcontract scopes include but are not limited to the following: Final Cleaning, Demolition, Concrete, Reinforcing Steel, Masonry, Steel Decking, Metal Fabrications, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Casework, Plastic Paneling, Waterproofing, Insulation, Sheet Metal, Roofing, Joint Sealants, Doors & Frames, Glass & Glazing, Aluminum Windows, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Visual Display, Signage, Gym Equipment, Window Shades, Wheelchair Lift, Site Furnishings, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Excavation/Utilities, Paving, Fencing, along with other improvements. Triplett Wellman Inc., acting as the CM/GC for this project, intends to submit self-performed bids for the following scopes: Div 2 Selective Demolition Div 3 Concrete Div 6 Rough Carpentry These bids will be turned in 1-hour earlier to the Dayton School District. Questions regarding the bid shall be in writing and directed to Nick Wellman at Triplett Wellman, Inc. by fax or email nick@triplettwellman.com. . Last day for questions and substitution requests shall be January 29, 2021. The CM/GC contractor on behalf of Dayton School District, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, reject any bid not in compliance with bid documents, reject for good cause any bid that would be in the public's best interest to do so.
