The Work shall include, but is not limited to, excavation, pavement, removal, grading, cement concrete curb and gutter, cement concrete sidewalks, thickened edges, driveways, storm system improvements, :pedestri-an railing, electrical conduit and vaults, asphalt paving, landscape restoration, channelization, traf-fic control, and other related work. items. Engineers estimate $1,300,000 The Work shall be physically. complete within 80 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Town of Steilacoom" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Financing of the Project has been provided by Town of Steilacoom, Washington, and a Federal Grant Administered by the Washington State Department of Transportation, and includes a DBE goal of 17%.
