Site work for a water / sewer project in Citrus Park, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project site is located approximately two miles west of the Hutchinson Road exit off the Veterans Expressway. The access gate is off Chastain Lane and the Project site is approximately 0.25 miles west of the access gate in Odessa, Hillsborough County, Florida. The Lake Pretty Structure Replacement Project scope of work includes Contractor providing all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals to remove the existing gates, service walkway, and actuators and to dispose of these materials offsite in a legal matter. The Contractor shall also install temporary dewatering bulkheads and erosion control measures (turbidity barriers and silt fencing) before beginning any demolition activities. One exception for the demolition is that the exposed sheet pile to remain shall be coated with Tnemec Series 90-98 primer and epoxy overcoat, or approved equivalent. The Contractor shall also install all electrical modifications, including SCADA updates. Work may only be performed during the dryseason (defined as October 1st through May 31st (8 months)), between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, subject to local ordinances of Hillsborough County, Florida.
