The scope of work includes but is not limited to hazardous material abatement, demolition, wall framing, ceiling, upgraded finishes, replacing and relocating doors, reconfiguration and replacement of existing lighting, ventilation, plumbing, power and fire sprinklers. All construction operations must comply with the most current Covid 19 related rules and guidance from the Governor's Office. All activities must also comply with all related and applicable requirements issued by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries and Public Health Agencies having jurisdiction.
