Site Addresses: 3575-3655 Kaslo St, 3580-3644 Slocan St and 2755 E 21st Ave. TIMELINE: Following a two-stage procurement process, a design-build contractor has been chosen to lead construction of the new facility Construction is anticipated to commence in mid-2025 and completed in 2028. *The estimated cost of the project is $221.8 million.
