Renovation of a municipal facility in Girardville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Girardville Municipal Building Roof Project will be received electronically Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Girardville Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE : 1/21/2021 3:00 PM The Project includes the following Work: The replacement of the municipal building membrane roofing system, including roof edge, trim, and soffit; includes alternate scope to retain and repaint existing roof edge and soffit all within the Borough of Girardville, Schuylkill County. The extent of the work is described in the contract documents The Work will be substantially complete within 90 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 120 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
