Bids for the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Rehabilitation Questions can be submitted via the portal. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Girardville Area Municipal Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. Requests for clarification are due Wednesday, March 17, 2022 4:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. The construction period is anticipated to be June 2022 through April 2023, contingent on award of a successful bid in March 2022. Contract substantial completion requirement is defined as 300 days from the date when contract times commence to run.
