Site work for a water / sewer project in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation and repair of approximately 1,019 sanitary sewer manholes and approximately 376 sanitary sewer cleanouts. This project also includes the replacement of 1 manhole. In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder mustsubmit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY. SeeSection 19, Certificate of Interested Parties. The City of Tyler is obligated to ensurethat all contractors performing any work pursuant to this Consent Decree perform suchwork in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Consent Decree.
