The project will be completed in 1 phase and include support during the removal and installation of the VA provided MRI equipment. All construction work must adhere to the latest JCAHO, NFPA, and life safety requirements. All construction work must be performed without affecting medical center s operations. Some work will be after normal hours and weekends. Work includes, but not limited to, specialized construction labor & supervision for architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, radiation protection, fire protection and demolition work as required by provided construction documents. Work will be conducted in an active medical hospital. The period of performance will be 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
