Both Treatment Plants Are Located Within the City Limits of the City of Mccleary. The Wastewater Treatment Plant Is Located at 700 W Maple St and the Water Treatment Plant Is Located at 1001 N Summit Rd. The City of Mccleary Anticipates the Scope of Work Will Be Accomplished: Replace Two Wonderware Workstations, One at the Wastewater Treatment Plant and One at the Water Treatment Plant, With New Computers. Install Ignition by Inductive Automation on the New Computers and Program Scada in a Redundant Scheme. Programming of Ignition by Combining the Two Existing Applications and Adding Remote Access. Add One Analog Output Card to the Pump Station Plc for Remote Flow Paced Control of Speed for the Three Chemical Dosing Pumps. Programming of the Pump Station Plc for Hardware Changes. Upgrade Belt Filter Press Plc Replace Current Oit Using a Panel for Ignition and Add All Existing Functionality to Ignition. Electrical Installation as Necessary. The Firm (Contractor) Selected for the Project Shall Be Required to Assume Total Responsibility for All Services Listed as Follows; Supply of All Equipment, Materials and Labor to Perform the Work. Panel Wiring Diagrams as Needed. Training and Instruction Manuals as Required. All Necessary Field Start-up and Calibration of the Equipment Supplied. Permits if Any Are Required.
