Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in McCleary, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; and one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of McCleary is requesting qualified A&E Professional Services Consultants to submit Statements of Qualifications for the preparation of Preliminary Engineering, Right of Way acquisition services, and Construction Engineering Services for the S 3rd Street - Oak St to Simpson Avenue project. Work includes preliminary engineering, right-of-way acquisition services, construction engineering, and all necessary documentation for NEPA certification and advertisement. Major features include data collection, design reports and studies, engineering plans and specifications, NEPA documentation, project cost estimates, right of way plans and acquisition, property research, appraisal and acquisition support, relocation assistance, construction administration, and quality assurance. Submittals should include firm and key personnel details, project approach, experience with similar projects, DBE participation plan, familiarity with relevant codes and standards, and detailed description of NEPA and Right of Way acquisition experience. The submittal package should not exceed twenty double-sided pages and must include four copies clearly labeled. The City has established a thirteen percent mandatory DBE firm participation for this project.
