Renovation of a water / sewer project in McCleary, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project consists of demolition of the existing chiller, modification of the existing equipment pad, and installation of the new chiller. Questions concerning the Contract Provisions will be taken by the Project Engineer at Gray & Osborne, Inc.s Seattle office (206) 284-0860. Bidders must be registered on the City's MRSC Small Works Roster to be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. No oral responses to questions by City personnel about the project will be binding on the City. The City expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities, and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City based on the sum of the Bid.
