Bidders The Township of Palmer, Northampton County, PA will receive sealed bids and proposals for the Acceptance and Disposal of Solid Waste. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a bond guaranteeing performance of the contract in an amount which shall not be less than 100% of the amount of the contract within twenty (20) days of when the contract is awarded by the Palmer Township Board of Supervisors. Bids shall remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days. The Township of Palmer reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any and all Bids, and to enter into such a Contract as may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Township of Palmer.
