Site work for a water / sewer project in Prosper, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 11,610LF of 8-16 PVC waterline, 14,784LF of 15 and 8 PVC sanitary sewer, and 4,211LF of 18-48 RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans and Denton County Municipal Utility District No. 6 specifications to serve 212lots on approximately 82acres. The project is located North and Westof the intersection of BryanRoad & F.M. 1385 in City of AubreyETJ, DentonCounty, Texas Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashiers Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.Make the Cashiers Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened. The deadline to ask questions is 1/25/2021 10:30 AM CST
