Dallas North Tollway (Prosper Trail-Frontier) 12-inch Water Line CIP 2151-WA The Town of Prosper ("Town") is accepting proposals for installation of a 12-inch water line per specifications as listed in CSP The deadline for questions is December 7, 2023, at 12:00 PM CT. All questions should be emailed to purchasing@prospertx.gov. Receipt of responses does not bind the Town to any contract for said products or services, nor does it give any guarantee that a contract for the CSP will be awarded. He shall assume all risks from floods and casualties of every description and make no charge for damages from such cause.
