**As of March 26, 2021, the project has been awarded but award amount and contract information was not available. The Project consists of the following major components: 1. Replacement of pumps, valves, and piping at several pump stations. 2. Installation of new clarifier and gravity thickener mechanisms. 3. Installation of new biofilter rotary distributor and media. 4. Installation of new scum removal system on Clarifiers. 5. Installation of new Recirculation Pump Station. 6. Installation of new equipment at the Preliminary Treatment Facility. 7. Installation of on-site sodium hypo-chlorite generation system. 8. Installation of new Sludge Pump Stations. 9. Replacement of three polymer makeup units. 10. Replacement of four existing draft tube mixers with new draft tube mixers on two digesters. 11. Installation of new Sludge Heating Building and associated piping and equipment. 12. Migration of HMI Software to VTSCADA, including replacement of existing iFix graphics. The Owner will only accept Proposals from contractors duly licensed by the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors as required by applicable Alabama law, including without limitation Ala. Bidders' Alabama General Contractor License Number shall appear on the outside of the envelope containing such bid prior to opening, failing which said bid shall not be considered.
