Contract term: 1 year CR Number: 2071503 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 6.3% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 6.9% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% This project is a Locally Administered Federal Aid Project. Each Bidder shall include a bid bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or an irrevocable standby letter of credit from a bank subject to the conditions provided in the "IMPORTANT BIDDER INFORMATION". No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual bid opening. The County of Allegany reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in or to reject any or all bids.
