Renovation of a transportation facility in Wellsville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade transportation facility.
The project is for the replacement of the north hangar metal roof at the Wellsville Municipal Airport. The scope of work includes coordination with the project owner, demolition of the existing metal roof system, gutters, and downspouts, and the supply and installation of new metal roof panels, insulation, gutters, and downspouts. All other general construction contract work covered by the plans and specifications is also included. All Work included in the Base Bid (Roof 'A') shall be completed within 30 calendar days from the issuance of a notice to proceed. All Work included in Add/Alt. 01 (Roof 'B') shall be completed within 5 calendar days from the completion of the Base Bid work. All Work included in Add/Alt. 02 (Roof 'C') shall be completed within 25 calendar days from the completion of Add/Alt. 01 work. The total contract duration is 60 consecutive calendar days.
