The scope of work generally includes the rehabilitation of the Taxiway A pavements at Wellsville Municipal Airport. Site work in this project consists of maintenance and protection of traffic, milling of the existing Taxiway A pavement, and installation of P-401 asphalt pavement and pavement markings. Instructions to bidders include: - Sealed bids must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the project title, AIP number, bidder name, address, and the date and time of the bid opening. When using parcel delivery services, the sealed envelope should be placed inside the shipping carton. - All bids must be accompanied by a Proposal Surety (Bid Bond or other approved instrument) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. - Bid documents (plans, specifications, proposals, and addenda) may only be downloaded electronically through the specified bid portal. - Bidders are responsible for obtaining all bid documents and addenda from the portal, and must supply all required information in the proposal forms. - All project-related inquiries must be directed solely to the Project Engineer at the contact provided. - Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is encouraged but not mandatory.
