Scope of work includes but is not limited to: - Construction of a 1,400 SF single-story clinic addition at the southwest corner of the existing building. - Renovations within the existing building per drawings and specifications. - Associated sitework, utilities, landscaping, and parking modifications. - Two parking spaces removed/converted for new construction. - Additional work required for interior signage and security/CCTV under Owner allowances.
