Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Swansea, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Project Scope includes the following: 1. Install and furnish all lumber, 2. To be installed to meet all Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, including but not limited to: 1:12 slope ratio and continuous handrails on both sides of the ramp. 3. Replacement of any necessary footings. 4. Demolition and removal of all material. 5. Selected vendor shall guarantee workmanship and integrity of work with written two (2) year guarantee. Any failure due to workmanship shall be corrected within (72) hours of notification by the Town. Vendors with quotes over $25,000 must submit a 50% payment bond at the time of award of contract, should they be selected vendor. Questions shall be submitted in writing to procurement@town.swansea.ma.us no later than January 21, 2021 at 2:00pm.
