Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Maple Plain, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,463-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This bid is projected to be awarded mid-March 2021, per the owner. The Project generally includes, but is not limited to, architectural, structural, civil, landscape, mechanical and electrical work required to construct the Three Rivers Park District Baker Park Outdoor Learning Center Shower Building and Infirmary Project as shown on the Contract Drawings. The current minimum wage rate per hour to be paid for each classification of work shall be the local prevailing rate, including fringe benefits as defined in Minnesota Statute 177.41-177.44. Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Check made payable without recourse to Three Rivers Park District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the full amount of the Contract Sum, will be required of the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after bids are opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and formalities in order to award the contract in the best interests of Three Rivers Park District.
