The bids and the responsibility of the bidders will be considered by the City Council at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at the MERIT Center located at 1001 West Erie Road, Marshall, MN. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid, to waive minor defects, technicalities, or any informalities in the bidding or to advertise for new proposals, and to accept that bid deemed to be in the City's best interest.
