Project Budget $25,000 - $100,000 Construction Budget: $96,000 The university is not responsible for difficulties, technical or Otherwise, associated with the electronic bidding process. Bidders who choose to use the electronic bidding process do so at Their own risk. Persons or companies bidding on this project shall hold a current Utah Contractors License covering the type of work to be done. Last Day to Submit Questions Friday January 29, 2021 4:00 p.m. MT Substantial Completion Date - 120 Days after Notice to Proceed Listing of Subcontractors shall be as summarized in the "Instructions and Subcontractors List Form, which is included as part of these Contract Documents. The Subcontractors List shall be delivered to the receptionist at U Facilities, or faxed to 801-581-6081, or emailed to teressa.pickett@utah.edu within 24 hours of the bid opening. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University. The University retains the right to audit or take other steps necessary to confirm compliance with requirements for the listing and changing of subcontractors. Any contractor who is found to not be in compliance with these requirements is subject to a debarment hearing and may be debarred from consideration for award of contracts for a period of up to three years. Comprehensive turnkey modernization of one (1) hydraulic service elevator with a capacity of 3,500 lbs. and a speed of 150 fpm.
