The bid bond may be scanned and submitted with the online at the time of the bid. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University. Q & A deadline: Oct 15, 2020 5:00:00 PM EDT The construction, removal and completion of the project (including air clearances), shall be performed within 63 calendar days (excludes December 25, 2020) The work specified herein shall be the removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials by competent persons trained, AHERA certified with the Utah Division of Air Quality, knowledgeable and qualified in the techniques of abatement, handling and disposal of asbestos-containing and asbestoscontaminated materials and the subsequent cleaning of contaminated areas, which comply with all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations and are capable of and willing to perform the work of this Contract.
