Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. The project scope is a portion of remodel in the existing locker room, treatment room and observation area as well as the raising of the roof in the aerobics area to accommodate a second floor and extending the building to the North. There are four bid alternates: 1 - Second floor finishes, 2 - Sauna, 3 - Curved glass railing at overlook area, 4 - Meditation/Tranquility patio at second floor. Subcontractors are to furnish submittals asap to not delay material/equipment. Subcontractors are to cover any material price increases in their bid, unless there is a project delay from the proposed schedule. Gramoll is requesting proposals on Demolition, Rebar fabrication, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Millwork, Waterproofing/Damp Proofing, Doors and Frames, Specialties, Glazing, Ceiling Tile, Ceramic Tile, Flooring, Fire Sprinklers, Drywall, Elevator, Joint Sealants, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Excavation, Utilites, Landscape.
