Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Gramoll Construction has been selected by the University of Utah as the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the University of Utah Building #303 Seismic Upgrade project which is a multi year project. This portion of the project in valued at approximately $5,000,000, and includes two phases (Phase #2 and Phase #3). For code review and budget reasons the documents are in two parts: Phase #2 and #3 both with plans and specifications. We are seeking proposals on demolition, rebar fabrication, concrete, shotcrete, steel fabrication and installation, BRB's, pipe and tube railings, bar gratings, drywall, metal panels, roofing, joint sealants, mechanical, electrical and excavation.
