**Project has been awarded but award amount has not been confirmed.** Scope of Work : Remove existing EPDM Roof down to deck. - Install new 80 Mill PVC roof with an R-30 Insulation - New roof is to be a 30 year 99 mph warranty. - Install new sheet metal work as required - Install walk pads to connect mechanical equipment - Install new roof-to-roof ladders as required - Provide temporary pedestrian protection. - Raise mechanical equipment as required to meet the warranty requirements of the roof.
