Scope to Include, but Not Limited to, Selective Demolition, Concrete, Concrete Floor Finishes, Masonry, Structural and Misc Metals, Insulation, Caulking, Metal Doors and Frames, Hardware, Louvers, Framing, Drywall & Stucco, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Hvac and Electrical. The Projected Start of the Project Is Second Quarter of 2021. Spjv Encourages the Participation of Subcontractors and Vendors That Are Certified as Cbe With Broward County.
