The City of Fort Lauderdale is seeking quotes for the Replacement of double doors within the Generator building located at the George T Lohmeyer Wastewater Treatment Plant via this Informal Quotation. Location address:1765 SE 18th St,Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 Plant Contacts- Misti Youel- 954-828-4121 or Michael Barger - 954-828-4132. Scope: Replace a double vented door located in the generator building leading to the FPL vault. the double door slabs measure 95" high. 84" wide. the opening is 88" wide and 98.5 " high, the current frame is 2" wide. the doors must have ventilation and cannot have a center column dividing the slabs. when the doors are open it must have an unobstructed opening to allow equipment to enter and leave the building. This must include the door, frame, hardware and installation. These doors must swing outward from the building. it is the manufacturers responsibility to ensure compliance with FPL standards and must verify dimensions of the door. doors must be painted Sherwin Williams Military Blue. HMF 7-0 X 8-0 WELDED 5 3/4" P&D, FB STK. W/ ANCHORS PAIR HMD's 3-6 X 8-0 18GA. (LHO/S ACTIVE SINGLE BORE) (RH IN-ACT ASA/FB's) BOTH DOORS TO HAVE 30" X 8011 FPL APPROVED LOUVERS.
