The Town of Nags Head is soliciting bids for a licensed Landscape Contractor or licensed General Contractor to provide a per unit cost bid to supply, deliver, and install sand fencing at designated areas in the public trust beaches of Nags Head, NC. Work consists of the installation of sand fencing in ten foot sections along the oceanfront at specified locations throughout the Town of Nags Head. Work will be done under the direction of the Town of Nags Head project coordinator, or designee. The scope of the work requires the contractor to provide all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services as detailed in the scope of work. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various contractors, conduct a fair and extensive evaluation based on criteria listed herein, and select the candidate who can best meet the needs of the Town
