Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Viroqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,635-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of May 25, 2021, this project has been awarded and construction is expected to commence mid June 2021. As of May 11, 2021, there is no award yet will awarded once all USDA and FEMA funding is in place. Construction is expected to commence first week in June. The construction of a new City Hall & Safe Room building, first floor at-grade level with full basement walk-out level, 8,635 +/- square feet total. Design includes a FEMA rated community Safe Room. Building framing will consist of concrete, CMU and precast basement level, and wood framed first floor level with wood framed roof. Work scopes include (but are not limited to) civil (including sitework, excavation, utilities, site concrete & asphalt and landscaping), site demolition, concrete, masonry, carpentry, rubber roofing, exterior finishes (including EIFS, manufactured stone & other wall finishes & trims), windows & doors, interior finishes, accessories, MEP, fire protection, IT, AV, & security.
