Project includes the removal of approximately 100 linear feet of 6-foot by 3-foot precast concrete conduit, the removal and replacement of existing wingwalls, catch basins and storm conduit, installation of approximately 100 linear feet of 6-foot by 4-foot box culvert, and all required backfill and restoration. In addition, this project includes the roadway resurfacing of Grandview Avenue from Ravine Drive to Scott Street. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Each bidder must be a registered plan holder with ms consultants, inc. to be eligible to submit a bid for this project. All requests for interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other contract documents must be received at least six days prior to the bid opening for consideration. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. Bids for the above-described work must be submitted on blanks furnished with the bidding documents. Said bids must be submitted as one original and one copy. Bidders shall furnish proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in Article 3 of the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Article 8 in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with Article 24 of the Instructions to Bidders. The Contract Times will commence running as indicated on the Bid Form. Contract Times for completion and provisions on liquidated and special damages, if any, are indicated in the Agreement. There will not be a Pre-Bid conference.
