Site work for a municipal facility in Waterloo, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The work of this contract comprises the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials necessary for the pre-excavation of Cell SE-5A/B and extension of the East Haul Road including extension of the east landfill gas header, perimeter ditch and communications line at the Waterloo Landfill South Expansion Area (SEA). Also included in this Contract is off-site transport of excess soils from the cell pre-excavation to a Re-Use Site located at 300 Bridge Street East, Kitchener. The Work is to be undertaken in 2022 and 2023. A subsequent Contract for final excavation and installation of liner and leachate collection system in Cell SE-5A/B in 2024 will be tendered in 2023.
