As of June 1, 2021, this project has been awarded to RL Larson Excavating for Base bid of $2,975,426.40 + Alternate 1 bid of $510,719.48 + Alternate 2 bid of $380,643.20 + Alternate 3 bid of $226,843.35. The start date and completion date is not yet available. The Project consists of constructing 4,000 lf open cut watermain, 4,200 lf sanitary sewer, 3,600 lf of sanitary forcemain, 4,200 lf storm sewer, 19,000 SY bituminous paving, and 2 sanitary lift stations. The project is funded through USDA Rural Development loan and grant funding, as well as Minnesota's Public Facilities Authority Water Infrastructure Fund. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
