Bidders are instructed to obtain or examine the bidding documents at Bollig Engineering, 1721 Technology Drive NE, Suite 100, Willmar, MN 56201, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Bidding documents can be obtained in full from the issuing office, and partial sets are not available. Documents may also be examined at the Willmar Builders Exchange and the office of the Wood Lake City Clerk Treasurer during specified business hours or purchased online at www.bollig-engineering.com under the bidding tab through QuestCDN for $40. Printed copies are available from the issuing office with a $100 deposit per set. Bidders returning full sets in good condition within 10 days after receipt of bids will receive a full refund. Non-bidders and those obtaining more than one set will receive a $60 refund for documents returned in good condition within the indicated time limit.
