Provide weekly maintenance services for District I parks through September 30, 2026. The contractor is responsible for labor and equipment to maintain the following parks: Bedausky, Ataage, Bugg Hill, Bugg Hill II, Ookwemin Loop, Nay Ah Shing, and Lakeside. Weekly maintenance includes cleaning parks of debris and leaves, mowing, and weed whipping. The contractor is also responsible for picking up trash and informing Public Works of vandalism. Public Works will empty trash cans once a week or more if needed. Some weekly service may be cancelled if grass does not grow due to weather conditions. Weekly invoices should be submitted for 100% of work completed, which will be verified and inspected by the Public Works Department. Bids must show the weekly cost for the described work, be signed by the contractor, and include a copy of the current MLB Vendor’s License (or application), current certificate of insurance for General Liability and Property Damage, and an authorized signature sheet if one is not already on file.
