The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe is accepting bids for the Requested Proposal (RFP) for qualified Snow Removal service vendors to provide Snow Removal services at the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Nay Ah Shing Upper and Lower School within District I of the Mille Lacs Band. Scope of project: Snow Removal Services for the Lower School & Upper School November 2025 - September 2026 Removal of daily snowfall on demand with more than 3 inches of snow & as needed, snowplow Upper and Lower School parking lots after snow storm. Removal of any overnight snowfall as soon as possible; snowplow Upper and Lower School parking lots around buildings before school staff arrival 7 a.m. Remove snow buildup on roof of both Upper and Lower schools as needed Move buildup snow away from both Upper and Lower School buildings as needed. Bid should show monthly cost to do the above-mentioned work schedule. Provide current MLB vendor license or a copy of submitted application. Provide copy of current certificate of insurance for general liability and property damage. Copy of an authorized signature sheet if one is not already on file with the Mille Lacs Band. List of previous projects / experience with facilities of this type / use.
