The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, Department of Natural Resources (MLB DNR) office will be accepting lump sum proposals for demolition of building located at 17230 Noopiming Drive, Onamia MN 56359. Scope of Work: Demolition of building, sidewalk/slab o Including all building materials, building contents, and other identified materials such as paints/cleaners need to disposed of in the proper manner. Grade area of removal/demolition and finish with topsoil In addition, the contractor is responsible for: o For securing all required permits and notifications as required by law. o All fees for such permits and notifications o Copies of such permits and notifications shall be provide to MLB DNR, County, State, and EPA if needed o Upon completion of work copies receipts/logs from qualified landfill(s) where all materials were brought must be provided to MLB DNR Required Proposal Content: All proposals shall include the following: Itemized cost for building demolitions, filling of areas, and any permit/notification costs Estimate of days required to full fill scope of work Detailed plan of site safety and security during scope of work
