A. Project Overview and Scope of Work The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe is accepting bids for the Requested Proposal (RFP) for qualified lawncare service vendors to provide bi-weekly and on demand as needed lawncare services at the Mille Lacs Band Nay Ah Shing Upper and Lower School within District I of the Mille Lacs Band. Scope of project: Mowing for the Upper School and Lower School May 2026 September 2026 Mow entire lawn (height to be kept no longer than 3) around both Upper and Lower School including fenced areas (playgrounds/garden lawn). Removal of unwanted weeds on sidewalks, parking lot, and around building Mow large grassy/wooded area between the Upper and Lower schools Tame brush, removal of branches in yard as needed Trash pickup as needed B. Bidding notes: Bid should show monthly cost to do the above-mentioned work schedule. Provide current MLB vendor license or a copy of submitted application. Provide copy of current certificate of insurance for general liability and property damage. Copy of an authorized signature sheet if one is not already on file with the Mille Lacs Band. List of previous projects / experience with facilities of this type / use.
