The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, Community Development office will be accepting sealed lump sum bids for a residential bathroom renovation at 18513 452nd Street, Onamia, MN. It is the contractor's responsibility to identify any and all discrepancies in the scope of work that do not meet Industry Standards or are inconsistent with the International Residential Code (IRC) and the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe 2025 MLB Project Specification Book. All electrical wiring, apparatus, and equipment must comply with the rules of the Department of Commerce or the Department of Labor and Industry, as applicable, and be installed in conformity with accepted safety standards. The contractor should ensure their electrical subcontractor includes any code-required updates in their base bid. The contractor must reconnect all utilities, including service panel or service feed, gas, and propane, and include any such equipment or materials identified at the pre-bid conference. All permits and fees must be secured by the contractor. A thorough investigation of the scope of work is required. The contractor will repair any damage to the property or structure created by the scope of work. No work shall be performed until all required permits have been issued and are in the possession of the project coordinator and/or Mille Lacs Band building official.
